Questions about your account, your credential records, billing, or a security concern — start here.
The support form is not your briefcase. It is an ordinary support inbox and it is not covered by the encrypted storage used for your credential records. Please do not include:
Describe the problem instead — the credential type, the state, and what you were doing when it happened is enough for us to help. If a support conversation genuinely needs a specific record, we will tell you how to share it from inside your briefcase. Credential documents belong in your account, never in a support message.
Tell us what happened and we will get back to you. Please keep the details general — see the warning above.
By submitting the form you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Write to [Support email] from the address on your account.
Typical first response: [Response time — e.g. N business days]. We do not publish a support phone number.
Do not use the support form for vulnerability reports or a suspected account compromise. Use the dedicated security route so it reaches the right people immediately:

Include steps to reproduce. Please do not include real credential data or anyone else's records in a report. We will acknowledge receipt and keep you updated while we investigate.
Support staff cannot read the encrypted contents of your briefcase in order to answer a ticket. If we need information to resolve an issue, we will ask you for it — which is another reason to keep sensitive identifiers out of the message itself.
